Parents love where their children learn too!
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the way our children have been supported throughout their first year of school. Thinking back to Orientation Days and the beginning of Term 1, it is hard to believe how much they have grown. We could not have hoped for more caring, dedicated teachers and role models, and we would also like to acknowledge the wonderful support staff who have played a role in their journey.
One of our children began the year needing support to confidently manage and assert themselves in a composite class. With guidance and encouragement, they have grown to love their class and now engage positively with peers across year levels. At home, this growth is evident through imaginative play and a newfound enthusiasm for learning, reflecting the supportive and kind classroom environment fostered by their teacher.
Our other child started the year shy, reserved, and lacking confidence. Over time, we have seen an incredible transformation into a polite, respectful, and engaged learner. Family and friends have been amazed by the positive changes. While they may not always articulate it, it is clear they genuinely love school and feel safe, supported, and valued. Watching them confidently participate in school events this year has been incredibly moving and something we once thought unlikely.
While this support may be seen as “part of the job,” to our family it has meant the world. The experiences provided this year have laid strong foundations of confidence, happiness, respect, and resilience that will continue to support our children throughout their schooling and beyond. We will always be grateful for the impact made during this crucial early stage of learning.
We have long been strong supporters of the school and truly believe its positive, inclusive culture is a direct result of the dedication and care shown by the teachers and support staff.
